Do I need to sign a waiver and why?

Yes, all guests (children and adults) must complete the waiver form beofre entering the playground area. Our waiver form has information on our rules and policies which all guests need to read and adhere to, and it is also needed to have access to the facility.

Can I drop off my child?

Jolly Bubble is an unsupervised indoor playground facility. Each child under 4 years old will require 1 adult supervised at all times. 1 adult can supervise up to 2 children who are both over 4 years old at the same time. Children of the same family is excluded from this rule)

 

Do I need to wear socks?
Yes, for safety and hygeine reasons, children must wear anti-slip socks with rubber grips, and adults are required to wear socks. 
 

Can I bring food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks allowed inside the playground (except for food purchased by the host during parties and baby food for children under 2 years old). Our in-store Jolly Cafe will be open soon and a variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase. 
 

Can I bring a stroller into the playground?
Sorry, for safety reasons, strollers are NOT allowed inside the playground. There is limited space to park strollers, please leave strollers in your car.
